• The work location is OFFICE BASED (Soku) • The job activity period is daily on 12-hour (7am to7pm) routine over a 14 to 28 days period dependent on prevailing circumstance. • The successful candidate will manage own absences with his/her contract sup | Contract | | 10 yrs experience

Academices: 

A minimum of HND or B Eng. in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic or Instrumentation)

  • Engineering background with 8 plus years’ experience in EP operations; Expert skill in one of the Instrumentation systems / equipment.
  • Project and maintenance knowledge with at least 5 years in operations and maintenance.

Must have experience in working with DCS such as( Yokogawa, Delta V and Foxboro), SIS such as (HIMA, silverTech and Yokogawa), Decommission, repair, install and commission all field instrumentation such as (valves, transmitters, controllersect). Work in an SPDC facility should be an added advantage

Technical specific duties and responsibilities:

  • Able to read P&ID (Process & Instrument) diagram and support Installation & Commissioning Integrated Control and Safeguarding Systems (ICSS) as listed below for:

• Software Logic.

• Software configures DCS Control and Operator Graphics.

• Tie-in to existing infrastructure (field instruments)

• System Design

• Staging, Testing & FAT

• Installation, SAT & Commissioning

• System integration to the existing ICSS Infrastructure

• Engineering till FAT

• Estimated Installation and Commissioning Site Services

• Documentation

  • Able to Upgrade and servicing of process instruments & Instrument lines.
  • Able to Service and Calibrate differential element
  • Able to Service and Calibrate differential pressure cell flow transmitter
  • Support, Check and Calibrate temperature element
  • Support, Check and Calibrate temperature gauges )
  • Able to Service and Replacement of Ligament & Process valves.
  • Able to Verify using shutdown matrix to confirm ESD system.
  • Able to Troubleshoot and overhaul of Scrubber Auto drains.
  • Able to Upgrade and service process instrument lines.
  • Able to Service Big Joe Fisher Regulator / Pressure Regulator
  • Provide close out report.

  • PACO engineer with experience in operations and maintenance, with understanding of the NUPRC/NMDPRA requirements.
  • Knowledge in HSSE leadership & management.
  • Able to read P&ID (Process & Instrument) diagram
  • Skilled at Flow Measurement (Liquid and Gas)
  • Skilled at calibration of Test Equipment, Transmitters, controller
  • Skilled at Control Philos. and Block Logic Diagrams
  • Knowledge of Calibrate & Repair of Pneumatic/Electronic Transmitter
  • Knowledge of Troubleshoot, service and Repair Master Shut Down Valves
  • Knowledge of Installation of Master Shut Down Valves
  • Knowledge of Troubleshooting, Repair, and installation of Daniel Orifice meters.
  • Knowledge of Calibration of Flow, Pressure & Temperature Transmitters.
  • Knowledge of Service and Calibrate Differential, Static and temperature element.
  • Knowledge of Troubleshoot and overhaul of Auto drain Scrubbers.
  • Knowledge of Upgrade and servicing of process instruments & Instrument lines.
  • Knowledge in maintenance of ICS systems

Should be able to use and supervise usage of interrogative tool such as (HART communicators and druch calibrator). Must have experience in calibrations and meter proving.
